We were in a bind on a cold Friday afternoon after returning home from our snowbirding winter and discovering that our furnace didn’t work. First of all, Phyllis in the office was so helpful, even giving me some troubleshooting ideas. When that didn’t work, the other office person, Marissa, sent someone right out that afternoon. Eric, the repairman couldn’t have been nicer, and lucky for us, he discovered right away a simple fix. Then, when I asked, he took the time to explain to me how he found the problem. We are very impressed with the customer service & repair service, and would highly recommend this company.
