Clean room. Nice staff. Clean bathroom. This facility does not have a backup generator for power outage. We left at 0400 due to the room getting too cold for comfort during a winter storm.

Hotel was in great location for work purposes but after first night in room 105 got bit by something. After second night even more bits checked bed sheets and found bed bugs on bed and sheets. Went to front counter to let them know and all they told me was that they can change me room and that was it. No discount or credit for the troubles of bed bugs. If you stay at hotel much sure you check bed and pull off all sheets before going to sleep or you just might wake up all bit up like me.

Traveling from keystone to Dallas and needed a room overnight. Great clean room with easy check in and service. Will revisit again if needed

Family of 4 (2 adults, 9 yr old, 1 yr old) stayed in the King Suite. I was extremely satisfied with our roadtrip overnight stay. The room was clean. Everyone had masks. The front desk attendant was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The bag breakfast was as expected. Oatmeal, granola bar and piece of fruit. Coffee bar was open and it was great. My absolute favorite part was the bed and bedding. Sheets pillows and bed were all very comfortable. I want to know where to buy the sheets and pillows. So nice! Better than other more expensive places. Now...I gave it 4 stars because we had 2 very big issues. Our TV did not work. The one in the sitting room worked for the kids, but ours did not. Also the pull out sofa was literally sleeping on metal. Luckily my daughter is 9 and we put the pullout part back up and she just slept on the sofa, but be warned. You cannot sleep on it. Better off sleeping in the floor.

Clean and well appointed room. Recently spent a few days at the location during an ice storm and the staff was lovely with excellent recommendations around town. Used the internet (with a loaned cord from front desk) and it was strong enough for all the work I needed. I would gladly stay hereagain.
