Starting off with a dirty room, which wasn’t fixed even after I mentioned it being dirty upon checking in. We’re still living in a pandemic state and a lack of cleanliness absolutely means a lack of sanitation between guests.nThe first day I was here a housekeeper got onto the elevator with me and a cart full of dirty linens, while not wearing a mask. Once again.. there’s a pandemic going on.nAfter the first night I assumed they would correct the error, while I was away for the day. Got back to the room that evening and it hasn’t been touched. I then spoke with the front desk and they said I had to *request* housekeeping.. (even though I already mentioned the dirty room).. I needed towels and instead of bringing them to my room, I had to go to the front desk to get them.nI’ve received lowest possible budget hotel experience from somewhere I thought would be better, since it’s double the price. Save yourself some trouble and stay away from this place.

Checked in about 10 pm and process was quick. I was happy about this as we had been in the road all day. Night clerk was friendly. Room was large and was very clean.nnBreakfast was offered (limited due to Covid, I’m sure), but I did pass on breakfast.nnOnly complaint causing a star to come away was the morning noise level. I understand the process of hotels starting to clean rooms in the morning of those who checked out prior to the 11 o’clock checkout time. However, there were 4 housekeepers (2 were being trained) making so much noise in the hallway starting at 8:30 am. Yelling across rooms to each other. I had no choice but to wake up at this time. I was preferring to sleep in a little longer as I had another long day on the road

I had to give a review for this hotel because I really liked it. I take my client to different cities for her doctor procedures so I stay a lot in different hotels, but this one by far was the best. Very clean, the magnetic key worked with no problem, good coffee, friendly staff and computers in the lobby to use. 5 stars to me easy!

Great front desk staff. Centrally located. Good Parking. Clean, and taking covid precautions. Right north of downtown main street.

If I could give this place less than I would. The front desk clerk was SUPER NICE. The first room was HORRIBLE the lights didn't work and my GOD the bed. We got out room changed and this room was worse than the first. So as we were doing our room check we found DRUGS and ALCOHOL. My 1year old child was with us if she had found that before we did I hate to think of the outcome. If I could give this place less than that I would. I give this place a -0.
