Very nice staff! Walking into the hotel it looked very nice but got to our room and the entry way tile was very dirty. White stuff all over it. Hair all over the carpet. Worse part was the smoke detector was missing with wires hanging out of it. I asked the front desk and they said there was a malfunction and they were being worked on. I just let it go since we were not staying long and we were tired. I’m pretty sure it is illegal to rent a room without a working smoke detector.
Had a wonderful experience with the staff. Long cross country road trip with my fiance and my toddler, and needed a room. Called around 2am, and Brandon was fantastic about getting us accommodated last minute. After a few hours sleep, I was woken by a phone call from Sarah at the front desk checking to make sure everything was okay, since my 4 year old had gotten hold of the phone and called up. She also made sure we were able to wash our travel mugs to refill our coffee. Absolutely the best stay we had on our trip.
Once again another great place with world class staff. Although the elevator was not working (no fault of their own) this is the La Quinta of all La Quinta. Thank you to all the staff, you guys are simply amazing
Extremely disappointed in the hotel overall...not as clean as we expected, the carpets throughout the hotel are stained and there were areas in the room that appeared dusty or unclean. The beds were awful considering the usual LQ comfort. The exterior grounds were unkept. We have stayed here in the past with no issues, so not sure what has happened to this hotel. And to top it off, they are now charging for pets...no mention of this on the hotel website when the room was booked.
Front desk gal was very helpful and accommodating. Accepted my dog,no questions asked unlike Hampton Inn and suites up the road. The front desk girl had the audacity to ask me what my disability was ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c
