Very clean casino, ashtrays were always empty. Staff is friendly and attentive. The only reason to not receive 5stars the ice machine on the first floor was not working during our stay, we had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice.
Over all Box at the Turff Club is good. Could use more wait staff. The food is fairly good but selections are small. At the end of the races I observed the lady go take the American flag down , wad it up and walk across the track with it. Definitely not cool. Very disrespectful to our country.

We are at the race track right now and with my elderly in laws. The lady doing tye seating chart is horrible and very rude. We are in a bottom box which is fine but asked to be closer to the stall side because my father in law likes looking at the horses. We have been moved several times in previous years due to him not being able to walk far at all and this woman refuses now even though we paid! There are 4 unreserved boxes right now and she said NO! We can not move you. We need the lady back that has been doing this for the last few years! UPDATE: Now in Race 6 and there are 13 empty boxes and 17 empty tables. Get rid of the LYING old blonde lady she is not only very rude but obviously lies as well
