I definitely recommend this hotel! The beds & linens were very comfortable. We LOVED the spacious bathroom!!! They even provided Bath&Body Works shampoo & conditioner in the showers. The alarm/clock radio with multiple phone charger jacks (both plug & USB) was VERY appreciated! The pool was large and had a movie playing on a big screen. The kids were excited! It was a classy clean establishment at a reasonable cost for this budget-watchful family!

Older hotel but not horrible. Fairly priced especially for military rates. Great for families given the large pool with projection screen playing movies all day. The hot tub was closed, hoping its open this weekend when we return. Had a pool side room which was cool except for the fact the kids next door kept looking over into our room from their balcony (the divider wall doesn't completely extend). The bathroom did have a sour vomit smell. Liked that they used Bath & Body Works soaps. Would be nice to have a microwave or something since the restaurant is closed. Great game room for the kids, one of the Xbox remotes did not work. This will probably be our go to hotel when we stay in town on the weekends.nEdit: your maintenance guy in the evening, he is amazing! Super friendly, always makes sure everyone is taken care of and having a good time. Constantly keeps up with the movies in the pool area and goes above and beyond for the guests. Watched him come in at noon the last 2 days to help out due to the hotel being short staffed and never saw him stop running. Our kids even look out for him now.

Pros: the indoor pool is really nicely done and great for kids. The game room is a nice addition, and it's pet friendly. They made an effort to upgrade there rooms, sheets and bathroom are decent.nCons: a little too pretty friendly (lots of barking dogs on our floor). Our room balcony looked out over the indoor pool which meant the room smelled like a pool and was also really loud when we were trying to go to sleep.nHas a feel like an upscale hostel/minimally modernized cheap hotel.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Fire pits are lit at dusk, lots of chairs to enjoy a drink and watch the sun set over the mountains. Great view of Estes Lake at dawn. Slightly dated fixtures, but great pricing. Also a game room and heated indoor pool for family fun .

This hotel has the most convoluted, insanely frustrating booking system. We have been trying to work with them on booking rooms for family and friends for our wedding. It has come to s point where we actually had to physically go to the hotel to go over the reservations in person. Come ton find out they changed the number they gave us, for our guests to book rooms. They told us they would give us a link to give to our guests to book through their website. I guess that was too much trouble. Seems like a nice hotel. Horrible booking system.
