Hotel seems to be getting older. It shows in some areas. Breakfast is too expensive for what you get. But overall our stay was satisfactory and all employees we interacted with were great. The fitness center also had good equipment!
Beware of this motel. They have taken $40., then $30., then $24. from our card in which we booked our room. They made him swipe the card again at the motel. Now we are out $94. Thy say it’s for parking... how much does a person have to pay for parking? Or other things that we charge? We did not charge anything but do not have our funds back. I call them and they must have their lines wrote in front of them. Not willing to solve issue, they treated me like a baby and passify me with lies.
Stayed here multiple times, always a great experience, staff is lovely, and facility is super comfortable.nnOne thing. The rooms need a microwave. They only have 1 microwave available in the lobby which is super inconvenient.
I haven't been here in a couple years. It's because I am a former employee. But I can say they have kept their name and the new things are amazing
They were extremely accommodating and they are pet friendly! My girl brought along her dog, and even allowed us to bring the dog in the pool zone (doggo didn't enter the pool or water, just around).
