Did not arrive prepared with correct equipment for my scheduled appointment. Did not meet my cleaning request expectations. Have made several attempts to contact technician to make this right... was told the tech lent out his equipment to a friend and didn’t know when he would get it back. Very disappointed in lack of professionalism when requesting services and company is lending out their equipment- so I can’t get what service I requested because company lends out equipment? Shampoo that was done was very poor quality and not worth what I paid. Super disappointed that I didn’t get the services I requested and have had to spend so much time trying to get tech to come back out to fix and finish!
Amazing job by all staff. Extremely impressed with the attention to detail. I would recommend their mobile service to all my friends and family. Great Job!
