It was $9 compared with $5 at other places. it missed this the bottom part of all the doors and it missed the trunk area in the back the bottom part below the window and it just did a horrible job and it was too expensive.
Do not use this car wash! Car wash stopped in the middle and I got stuck in it over 15 minutes! Probably won't even get a refund!
It's a Loaf N Jug now, but seems like they kept the employees.
I had an issue with the wash my first time around. I emailed Customer Service on the website, and the owner, Chad, called me immediately to resolve the situation.nnIt turns out the wash had some broken parts, and he let me know that they were working on it that morning and offered me free codes for car washes to make up for the mishap.nnHe followed up with me a week later to make sure I hadn't encountered any further issues. He went above and beyond my expectations to remedy the situation and make it right. Customer service like that is hard to find, and I am extremely grateful for how he handled the situation.
Great touchless car wash. Bring my car here at least once a week and its always clean when it is done. Like it much better than ones that actually touch your car so i don't get scratches and swirl marks.
