I've been taking my sedan here for years with very good results in the automatic car wash. Today I took my small SUV and the automatic car wash missed a lot of spots. Primarily it did not cover the center rear of the car nor the bottom chrome trim of the front or back doors. Won't be going back.
Claims it can be used 24 hours, but yet none of their machines have car scent left in them or they don't function. We were a big fan, however due to the owner's inability to maintain the Car Wash - we will be swiping our Card else where.
Everytime I go there I try to give the benefit of the doubt but I always over pay to have a dirty car motorcycle or boat I wasted so much money and the bay's are always muddy and never kept up. Don't waste your money the car wash behind Duncan dounuts actually clean my car it worth driving across town to know at least I get what I pay for next time I see some people there working I'm gonna give them a piece of my mind
Receipt said $13.50 but they charged my card $20. I try to call the phone number but it rings and ring and goes to a fax machine.
