It's great to have the free vacuums for your car, the carwash works great every time, the staff when you do come across them(as they are not needed all the time to talk to) are always friendly and helpful.
I wanted a little more shine after the most recent snow storm, so I got the $15 wash at this location. Pretty poor results, unfortunately, it looked like I'd gotten the $5 option. I tried calling and sending an email asking for reimbursement, but got no response of any kind. Won't be going back to throw money away here.nn**UPDATE: After posting this review, this location did contact me and provide me with a refund, so I upped my rating to 3 stars based on the improved customer service.**
