Teaching my 15 year old who got his driving permit a month ago to line up his wheels to pull into the car wash. Just as our wheel gets into the track I remember the ‘Student Driver” magnets on the back and sides. Rolled the window down to ask the guy running the controls to either grab them or let me hop out and grab them. Would have taken ten seconds and we were not moving, still waiting for the car in front to start moving. The young man working the controls was extremely rude and first refused to even acknowledge us and then just rolled his eyes turned his back and walked away. At the very least could have acknowledged us and said sure can help or sorry we are not able to do that. Either would have been fine. The rudeness was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We lost all three magnets in the wash. We pay for three separate wash passes each month. Chose firehouse over the competition because my husband has worked with the owner before and said he was a really nice guy. After today’s experience though I will be canceling those passes and taking our business to BreezeThru.

I go here regularly. The vacuum cleaners are included and powerful. The car wash is pretty good, but recently my car was a little dirtier than ususal and it didn't come out as clean as normal. There was a little build-up from snow melt residue that didn't come off. They also recently raised their prices.

Definitely awesome for the kids. My 4 yr old rates car washes and he gave this a 10!nHe wants to go back at night to party.nAs far as the car wash itself, it did its job.

Unlimited monthly deal is a good value. I usually wash both my cars at least 3 times per month at the Timberline location. They do a good job for an automated wash and I am satisfied with their service.
