Like anyone else I read the reviews on Autowash. Overall it is worth getting the monthly subscription. If you don't select finished after the was on the app it doesn't generate a new code for next time. I read reviews on the air drier not drying all the way and after having been through several washes I can say that is true. However I have not had any of the water drops that were not dried off leave spots. I did call customer service before I got the membership to see if I could reach anyone and I did during their business hours. I have no complaints as of yet.

I’m a customer, and I like the CarWash machines!. But I hate the “0%” “customer support” also doesn’t deserve be called CUSTOMER SUPPORT... cause there isn’t a Customer Support... I came today for a Superior CarWash!, so inputted the code at the screen and was waiting to get in!. There was another car in!. So when He left the door never opened for Me!. and the code disappear from the screen and the app!. Soo far I had five cars back to my Pickup!. And so I was forced to paid cash to get another code!. Cause the “Customer Support” won’t pick calls, voicemails, text or nothing... So keep going like that AutoWash!. Remember, no customers no customer support!. No nothing...

Today was my first experience at this car wash. If you plan to do all of the steps, you definitely don't get enough time initially; extra payment is required to last the time it'll take. Also, recommend not using the brush provided. Most likely has rocks and debris in it. I came home and noticed a few chips in my paint. I will come again, just bringing my own brush & towel

They have a pet shower and bathing area for your dog. They have drive-in automatic car washes and they also have drive-thru washes you do yourself. They offer vacuums, soap with scrubbers, power sprayers, air for tires.They have a change machine. They offer monthly rates and plans for a car wash. The grounds are well kept and safe with surveillance.
