The staff was super nice to me and showed me their options in terms of packages and prices. The outside of my car was quite clean and we'll dried off. Interior was decently clean. They got 90% of the dog hair that I had in my car, but they did leave a little bit of dirt on the seats which when I got home I easily cleaned it off with a microfiber cloth. Other than that good service and nice people but could use a little bit more touch on the interior, because I did have a good amount of extra dirt that could of been cleaned up.

I got the $35 service, which I believe is a fair price. The steering wheel cleaner and shiny stuff they just kind of smeared on the middle and didn't do it to the edges to the steering wheel cover. There was also a whole lot of places in the dash and the consoles that I had open for them to clean that they definitely missed. The vacuuming was done the same way. Definitely no Clean Corners in this vehicle. It wouldn't have taken hardly any more time to do these things right.

They did a great job detailing my car! The staff was attentive and hard working. I only wish you didn't have to leave your vehicle so long for the upholstery to dry out. Definitely a better warmer weather project in that regard.There is a warmer, quieter indoor waiting area and a more open albeit noisier and brisker covered area outside where they wipe down the cars to wait as well. Overall, this is a great place! They got all the nooks & crannies clean & my car came out sweaky clean and shiny! I'll definitely be back!

This was the worst auto detailing experience I have ever had. I brought my car in to get detailed, left it there for 4 hours, and got it back and it was not clean. There was dirt and hair everywhere, and was not detailed at all. They then told me to bring it back in and they would fix it. I brought it back, waited another 3 hours, and got the car back and it was STILL not detailed. There was dirt on the dash, hair, and on top of it they broke something in my car and tried to convince me that it was not their fault. They assistant manager tried to send me off with a broken part and a car that was STILL not detailed. The only good that came out of this was the general manager Justin who agreed to pay for the part replacement that they broke and was very nice. Him and the woman at the front desk were helpful. Worst detail job and high suggest avoiding their detail center- I know 3 other people who have had this experience.

I took my truck and SUV here to get washed in order to sell them. I have two short hair dogs and they were able to vacuum out 95% of the hair in both vehicles without me having to pay extra for a carpet shampoo. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.
