The only redeeming qualities for this bus system is that the busses run on time and it is free. The drivers are some of the most rude and hateful people I have EVER come in contact with and we travel alot! We had a bad experience with three different drivers. We walked really far from downtown just to keep from riding the bus on our last day.
All the bus drivers have a extremely rude attitude terrible with communication even free I wouldn’t recommend.
Bus runs on time. Bus is clean. Let us take Dog to the gondola. Tried to ride the bus back with the dog and they refused so all six kids and the dog had to walk half an hour back to the car in 90 degree heat.

They're always on time, it's free. It even has a smartphone app. Anyone whining has never dealt with major city transit like Boston, DC, or Austin. They're never on time, you need to pay, and if you think the summit county transit is short, you haven't been to Baltimore. Those drivers are on impossibly tight schedules, not everyone is out here on vacation.nSummit county bus system is amazing and my thanks to the people who get me to work every morning and home every night.
