Colorado State Patrol

I have been hit/ran off the road 3 times in the last 3 years. I called CSP each time. Each time I was told that it was my word against other party and no ticket or accident report was issued.

Very professional and polite. During my arrest it was very hard for me to talk as i was s**t face drunk and just crashed my car almost in to the Keystone Lodge main entrance while driving on the opposite lane. State trooper understood all my challenges and took their time to ask proper questions while i was crying for no reason and trying to make up a story for my week day drinking at The Goat bar.nnAfter finishing my questioning and reading Miranda rights they politely placed handcuff on my wrists without making them not too tight for better blood circulation. During my wait time at the back seat of the patrol car i felt sick and had to slip handcuff from my wrists to get out but for some reason the door was locked and security pin was missing and troopers could not hear me while being away questioning witnesses and collecting evidence. Unfortunate half a pint of SVEDKA, quarter pint of bourbon and several beers could not wait any longer and i had to politely barf all over the beck seat of the squad car.nnUpon arriving beck to the vehicle troopers Austin, P. and his partner had noticed that there was a minor accident with me in the back. It is quite expected for them to get upset because of what happened especially as i was told there where some of their personal cloth next to me and i sprayed all over them. And yet again i was treated with respect and dignity and they told me that this time handcuffs will be a bit tighter.nnAfter that i was driven to Summit County Jail in Breckenridge for processing.nnOverall my experience was very good. If you are planing to drive intoxicated or getting arrested for any other reason i highly recommend this State Trooper Post.nnI would also like to thank you this people and random coincidences:nnOfficers Austin, P. and his partner for being polite and patient while i behaved like obnoxious degenerate.nnRandom sheriff who worked at the Summit County Jail and was so lazy that didn't send me for blood test thinking my inability to give breathalyzer test did not relate to car accident and was simple refusal that took away main evidence from the case and making it 100 times harder for DA to build a case.nnDr. Robert, P. from Keystone Medical Clinic for examining me and giving medical conclusion proving that in fact random sheriff from Summit County Jail is wrong and lazy.nnCarlson, Carlson & Dunkelman, L.L.C. Attorneys at Law for winning my administrative hearing case and allowing me to keep my driver license.nnSummit County Public Defenders office for helping me reduce DUI chargers to way lesser one and basically getting slap on the wrist.nnSummit County DA office for not trying to hard.nnMy subconscious for putting on a safety belt despite being so intoxicated that i drove on the opposite side of the road for almost a mile and engineers and builders of 1994 Ford Taurus that probably saved my life despite i jumped in and out of ditch that could stop medium size tank and deploying every single air bag in the vehicle while turning it in to banana.nnPerfect aligning of stars, wills of all gods and universe plus random luck that i didn't kill any innocent person that night.
