Downstairs at Eric's

We were a party of 12. My daughter and I arrived 8 minuted before our the rest of our party to get the only table of 12. The host, Ian, said we couldn't have the table because the rest of our party wasn't there. We were ready to order drinks and appetizers, but he still made us wait just in case another large group would come. He was not nice about it at all. The good: our food was amazing and served, Emma, made up for the unpleasant welcome. I'd recommend the manager talk to Ian about making guests feel valued... especially when they are a $300+ group.nEdit: the day before we had great food and served with Nicodemus. It's amazing how a bad host can take away from your experience.

This is a great place to kick back and relax from all the walking and shopping. Great and I mean GREAT food. They have an arcade to keep the kids entertained or for those adults that are still a kid at heart. Overall great experience!

Good food, not great. Fair prices and awesome atmosphere

Wings and Pizza is the way to go. Ran into someone in town who talked about the smoked wings and had several other mention it as well so we ordered some to try. Very good wings and the pizza was very good. You can go online and get put on the waitlist and they will tell you how long the approximate wait is. Very efficient process.
