Mint Steakhouse

I arrived at this restaurant with 14 other people to enjoy a nice supper. We had a waitress named Mikayla and she was one of the rudest people I have ever met. She clearly didn’t want to deal with Texans and didn’t want to make a good tip. We ended up leaving and going to Dam Brewery which was great!! I would definitely recommend Dam Brewery and definitely not recommend Mint.

My wife and I visited Mint this evening for a Valentines dinner and were blown away by the great, friendly and attentive service and great food. It was fun to get to cook our own steaks and the woman who helped us choose our steaks was knowledgeable and helpful. Brennan was a great server - quick, funny and charming. All of the food was top quality too! We have a new favorite restaurant in Summit!

Really good food and you get to cook your own steak. That was so cool. Great atmosphere. You pick your meat ud83cudf56 and grill it up yourself. Then take it back to the table were you sides will be ready. If your in Silverthorne you have to eat here.

Once again The Mint has outdone itself. Felt just like home. Nice to see a place that stays true to qaulity, service and overall satisfaction. Came into town with a buddy that hadn’t been there in ten years. He also said best steak he’s had in awhile.

The steak and was delicious, a very good cut. The concept of cooking your own steak is unique, though a little challenging. Overall, it was a great experience with good food! Service was great too. Nearby construction makes parking a little difficult but it's worth a trip.
