Dillon Dam Brewery

This place is awesome. Had the steak with blue cheese sauce was phenomenal. My mouth is watering right now thinking about it. Honestly one of the top 5 steaks I've eaten. I'm not a resident of Dillon, but would be a usual if I was. Great for them super delicious. I highly recommend it. And the beer is great as well

What a lovely brewery in such a spectacular and splendid spot wow! Don't even know what to say. Definitely check it out and then you understand. I usually write more details but it's just pretty cool. So when I first pulled up everybody was lounging around with smiles on their faces and quite happy. It was reassuring to see a sizeable yet fairly full parking lot. There are people from all walks of life here. And they hang out outside on the patio, in front of the place, and of course in there. Unfortunately it's a 45-minute wait while I was there, but nonetheless spectacular. Definitely recommend checking this place out. Next time I go I will try the food and then I will amend this review. Nice place. Have patience and check it out.

Excellent, how could they go wrong with Dillon in their name.

Dillon Dam Brewery had great staff, the food was great and their beer was fantastic. I can say that my hamburger was spicy as all get out, like ordered... Fantastic. We don't live in Dillon but will recommend to anyone in the area to make the trip to go and grab a bite and a drink there. Great place!

This brewery has excellent beer and stellar food. The experience was incredible. The service was great once we got to the table however the bar before was a little lacking which is the only reason this place isn't getting 5 stars. The monster brownie dessert is amazing and the ghost burger with bison was also awesome. I am definitely going to come back when I visit again.
