It's really nice to have personal service with that hometown hardware store feel. I got prompt delivery of my online order for a battery powered chainsaw and they even assembled it for me and showed me how it worked. Excellent service!

Weather has been down in the teens and single digits at night, so these Texas peeps have obviously needed the heat cranked in the RV! We were down to 1/4 tank and these guys took great care of us. A little pricier than we typically pay, but it was much needed and much appreciated! The guy that took care of us (sorry, didn’t catch his name, but he’s from Grand Rapids, MI) was very friendly and seemed to have an appreciation for RVers since he traveled for a year in one. Thanks guys!!

Staff were really friendly and helpful in assisting me with a plumbing problem. I was really pleased with how nice and friendly they were.

Even though it’s a small store, I seem to find nearly everything I’m looking for. Not only that, but the employees are always extremely helpful. The kind of customer service that you rarely stumble upon, every time you walk through the doors.

The workers there are the happiest and friendliest I have come by in a long time. I live just on the other side of the tunnel, but I will come to this True Value. Thank you for the great customer service!!
