High Country Activities

This was the best 'low maintenance' ATV we could find in the Frisco area. Wine else wanted us to pull a truck, load and unload ATVs etc... Not what you want to do on vacation usually. The views of this camp and all of the American history make it a great investment in time. I hope you enjoy

Stayed in Breckenridge for our Vacation this July. We booked Horseback Riding, White Water Rafting, and ATV Rental through Jane. It was easy and convenient to be able to book every adventure through one source. Great recommendation.

This was the absolutely best place to plan our vacation! Jane was so very helpful and informative. She planned our complete itinerary to fit our stay and we had the absolute best vacation ever! Every activity was PERFECT! Thank you so much Jane/High Country Activities ud83dude0a

ATTENTION: Booking fee is not refundable. Do not believe what Jane says about fully refund, there is certain percentage of booking fee that is not refundable. She is nice if you book through them. However, if you change plan and want to cancel, you would get so much complaint from here because she think she spent so much time to do the work and you just cancelled. She is only the middle man to connect you to other places. Plus, you have to cancel the trip directly from the vendor, not through Jane. She only provide you the phone number and you have to cancel from vendor by yourself. I don't judge how people do business or customer service, I only talk about fact and truth. If I were you, I would do more search and book directly from vendor so you can avoid these booking fee that High Country Activities charges on top of what you pay. To Jane, we do appreciate your help, but you need to improve your attitude and customer service as a business owner.nnUpdate based on Jane's reply: 1. Of course we care about the $19. No one don't care money just like you complaint about no commission. 2. We cancelled the trip by ourselves and I don't know if Jane called or not, what I know is right after I sent email to Alpine Adventures, I received the email from system to notify me the refund was issued, but the money takes time to be shown in account. 3. Such a liar who told my wife that don't call High County Activities again.nnAgain, I only talk about the fact and truth. 1 star review is for poorly customer service, non-honest character, and $19 fee which I do think it is worthy to give you a 1 star review AND the most important thing is to let other people know what they should expect.
