the customer service here is AWFUL. my flight got cancelled coming into denver and I tried to call many times to cancel my night yet keep my reservation. They didn’t answer until 12 pm the next day which I had to fight to get a refund for the night I “missed” since no one answered the phone. I spoke with a woman and said I still need my reservation for the duration of my stay. My flight landed the next day and I called to say I would be there in the next 1.5 hours and I was told that “there are no rooms left” after I specifically told them I still needed my reservation. if you unfortunately have to stay at this overall poor hotel, make sure to get names of those you speak to since no one takes accountability. and food for thought, when a guest is extremely unhappy try not to sound like you’re high out of your mind when someone on the other line is extremely distraught and helpless.

We stayed here one night. It came to a little over 100 dollars for our room. We were on the first floor it smelled like a nursing home and a hospital. We then got into our room and there was dried up food on the floor, hard chewed gum on the counter and stains everywhere on the chairs and furniture. They gave us to key cards and only one of the key cards worked. It’s definitely NOT worth the money! There is an hotel right across the street i’d suggest you to go to that one instead. They gave us one towel.. the coffee pot was dirty and our room also had a bad smell too. There is more then one floor and there is no elevator only stairs. I definitely wouldn’t be staying here again.

The location is great; it is close to grocery stores, gas stations, shopping, and the interstate (so a short drive to the ski slopes). The room itself smelled of smoke and weed. The whole week of our stay the room was not cleaned and no new towels or toilet paper was offered. The upper levels are only accessible by stairs (there was no public elevator avaliable).

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in over a dozen years of non-stop travel. Dirty, heat/ac is weird and only half works, shower was dripping all night, super thin walls
