Overall great experience having my windshield replaced at Safelite in Frisco. Staff was very friendly and professional and made sure to verify they had the correct part since my vehicle was misidentified by my insurance company. Super fast turnaround time and quick and easy drop off and pick up. Highly recommend!
They were really helpful! They let me use the facilities to wash up and by the time I was finished they were done. It wasn't a huge thing that I needed but they took care of it immediately.
There was an initial issue with the first piece of glass they received, and Cody was able to work out a solution promptly and communicate quickly with me a fix to the problem. Quick and easy to deal with, will be returning for future glass replacement if needed.
Excellent service replacement of windshield on my Grand Cherokee. Nice courteous staff.
They did a great job fixing all my rock chips. It looks like a new windshield.
