yesterday we bought few sandwiches at this location, young man who made our food had long, curly hair all the way down, no head net , just regular Restaurant hat which did not prevent his hair end up in my sandwiches .nI called today to let them know , not to make big deal out of that, just let know, so no one else will have somebody's hair in their food. It's disgusting.....nYoung man how responded to the phone had unbelievable attitude, like he didn't care at all, so that's why I feel like to write this review. Maybe after this manager will tell them to cover their hair completely like they suppose to ,and appreciate customers more in this difficult times.nOur sandwiches ended up in trash of course....

Definitely one of the better Firehouse locations I’ve been too! Ordered online and food was ready around 10 minutes. The sandwiches were really good, way better then I expected! They weren’t soggy or sloppy, although I do wish the subs were a little warmer when I picked them up. I ordered in the parking lot, went in at the time I told me too and the toasted subs were a tad bit cold. Still highly recommend this location!

Great friendly staff. My young son is into anything firefighting and your staff made him really happy when they handed him one of your kids hats.

Expensive, slow, and not worth it. Supposed to be quick serve. Told me 30 min and there was maybe 10 people in the place. Skip it
