I needed to purchase 2 books on programing for my son. Found the books in the store; checked on Amazon and they were HALF the price there. I tried to get the cashier to price match but they wouldn't match Amazon's price, so I left and purchased the 2 books for half the price on Amazon.
Great place for books. Need maintenance the floors are damaged and their train table was broken without any information on when they will get a replacement. The cafe got my order wrong and didn't offer to fix it. Just an odd experience. We will be going to the other Aurora location from now on. Staff is polite on the books side of things and very helpful.
My wife and i love this book store! So many genres to pick out of, and Always comforting music playing in the background while one browses around.
This store used to be good but now they seem to have gotten lazy with their inventory often not having books their site says they do or not releasing books when they're supposed to. The staff seem to have also gotten ruder with one employee closing the door on a family with a stroller and not bothering to help look for books they're supposed to.nnUpdate: was shouted at by the manager today in front of other guests for asking if I could use my discount card.
Went in to get some books for school, saw Kelsey on my way to the customer service desk and asked if she could help me. She was super short with me and made me feel like I was a nuisance. She did help me get what I needed but I would have rather her just tell me to go asked someone else at the customer service desk. When checking out Avery was super nice and helpful. This location always has a good selection of books and games.
