I cannot recommend this car wash.nIf you have the monthly service plan it’s very hard to cancel. Even after you cancel they still charged my card for 2 months after I canceled. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one to keep from being charged again. I have called multiple times a week with no response or resolution.nShame on the management and owners. This is not a good business practice.

Got there early and waited 10 minutes only to find that they needed another 20 to get everything warmed, for the temperature was 20°. There are about eight of us in line and one of the employees came around and talked to every single person explaining what was going on. And answered any questions. He maintain an upbeat friendly attitude.nnI do have a suggestion, on colder days, have someone get to the business early so they can get the warming process started. That way by 8:00 a.m. they can open and begin washing cars.nnOnly reason for the four stars is that I wasn't able to get my car washed today. I will try again.

Great prices with deals on Groupon, watch for the deals, really friendly staff, back to summer hours, so open till 7 most days, it's a good, quick car wash! The vacuums have been updated and fixed, and they have great suction, this is a nice local carwash!

I don't usually do bad reviews, but for the sake of saving your money and time, don’t go here.nI’ve canceled this, unlimited membership twice. Because it’s in the perfect location for me, I gave it another shot. Both times I was let down.nThe car wash is AWLAYS down for repairs. This last time, for a week. I’ve seen cars back out of the wash, get stuck on the track and, become stuck in line for over 10 minutes, waiting for answers. Management recently replaced the tracks, and its now more broken than before.nEither new management or new ownership needs to happen for this place, because these “bandaids” to these mechanical issues, DO NOT WORK.nThat being said, the poor staff... the staff members (younger generation) are beyond kind and patient!! That’s a lot to say when you get this many complaining customers.nFor your wallet and your cars sake, pick another car wash.
