This place takes your money on monthly contracts and won’t cancel after you move.nManagement and owners will not respond to multiple calls and left messages.nMangers also wouldn’t cancel the monthly agreement after speaks with them and requesting cancellation.

I usually don't have the funds to visit a nice car wash or off work in time if did. I visited this location on Veterans Day which they offered the Basic wash for free which first off was very kind and appreciated unlike other places who benefit from the Military but don't appreciate the selfless service even One Day a year. The Staff was very nice and professional. One gentleman that was inside walked out and made sure I was taken care of. The Gentleman that was working in the drive through area check- in was also very professional and made sure to check with me on my antenna and how the system worked And thanked me for my service, knowing how Some young people are now days receiving that thank you was better than the free wash. Now, the wash itself was good. I have an SUV and the brushes did well on most area's but did miss some on doors and the whole back end but I didn't mention it do to the fact the company was trying to do a good deed and I wasn't going to grump on that but don't understand how that hasn't been perfected or maybe it was just an issue that day. But on behalf of all Veterans and those still serving you thoughtfulness is appreciated and remembered.

Went to Richie’s yesterday for the first time. While I was vacuuming my truck I noticed my antenna was gone. I went inside and told the employee. He said that there are signs posted in several places and that it wasn’t their responsibility. He said he could get the manager but he’s going to tell you the same thing.nnMy truck is a year old and I’ve been through many car washes with no issues. The car wash stopped half way through for about 15 seconds. Not sure if that’s when it happened. Regardless, I’ll never go back.
