I've used this place without instance for 7 years...this past weekend, swiped my card, got error message, swiped again, same thing...so i used cash and machine worked fine...contradicting the error message i got...so i swiped my card a couple more times, no luck. Well, 5 days later my card was charged $44 bucks...no way to complain or call...would love my money back since i never got to actually use the wash while using my card.
Car wash works fine. Overcharged my credit card by 5x the amount that was registered on the kiosk when I hit the stop button. No means to contact/complain.
The heated rinse water matched with the noticeably premium wash wands/pressure system makes my winter washes seem more inviting, when the driveway wash isn't an option. I usually go at off-peak hours to avoid being rushed, rarely are there more than a couple wash bays being used after dark. The price is very fair, the minimum start time is a dollar and they also accept credit cards. All which make the few little complaints i have, like there is not a spot-free rinse option, very easy to overlook.
Don't use your debit card or credit card they charge you what they want, i just rinse my car i used like 2 or 3 minutes and I have $10 dollars charged in my debit card. Be careful
I've heard many people say that it charged them $10 with instead of the lower claimed price. This is false it updates itself after a few days, other wise this car wash is nice, I personally like to do it myself so I like it and it's never seems busy
