I am a member paid over $550 to have my truck washed for a year. Usually when they let me know my truck is ready, it is pretty good but today when they flagged me down to tell me my truck was ready my truck was still all wet and the employee still asked me if I needed anything else done. I told him yes dry my truck. They need to keep an eye on employees that really want to do the job and not just get a tip after they say they finish with the vehicle. If they do a good job I have no problem tipping them but if they don't want to do the job they should look for something else to do and give opportunities to people that really want to do the job.

Always a clean car and pleasant people to deal with. Membership is the way to go, I get my car washed and hand dried 3 to 5 times a week!

I would like a refund for the carwash I paid for today. I was specifically looking for a carwash with vacuums, and also needed an undercarriage wash. I was told by the attendant that the Hot Wax Express for $16 would include an undercarriage wash so I chose that one. Pricier than I normally pay anywhere else, but I was in a rush. Well my wheel wells are still caked with mud from normal highway use and I will include pictures. In addition, when I pulled into a vacuum bay at the end of the wash, I was told the wash I purchased didn't include vacuum use. $16 for a mediocre car wash that doesn't cover what it promises and I also can't use the free vacuums? This place is a rip off.

I don't know her name but that cashier in this place is amazing, I've never seen somebody so helpful and joyous at a job like this she really brings 150% effort to making sure her customers feel appreciated and looked out for.
