Best automatic car wash in town!
This place is great. My car is always clean now and no wear down from harsh road chemicals in winter. Line moves fast and also they have plenty of vacuums for their guests. Highly recommend the monthly plan to maximize your car wash benefits!!
Front and back of vehicle doesn't get washed very well at all. Always have soap left on my mirrors and back window. The dryers at the end are not that great either. I have better results at the Parker location and actually might make the drive to go there for now on.
The price for monthly washes is good but the quality of washes has gone down hill. I have complained to management before about this but time to leave my review. The machines leave soap all over the car which require a second washing to clear. This is really unacceptable and needs to be addressed and unfortunately I'll be taking my business elsewhere because I have alerted staff who simply say this is the way the wash works. Based on previous reviews it doesn't seem to be getting better and same problems for other people based on previous reviews. Although there is replies from management I don't believe that answer of it is what it is as my car goes through other washes without trouble. There's a new wash down the street that has 4.8 stars and same prices. You guys should listen to your customers because our 2 cars are going that way.
My doors stay dirty, the guy barely cleans front and back prior to tunnell. Always have soap on side mirrors dryblowers are not adjusted?nnEvery month I wait and hope it will get better, I have had a membership since it opened.nnLocation for me is great.nnSuzettenn.
