Michael repaired our furnace in the dead of winter that the previous HVAC specialist we called (outside of LLL) somehow overcharged us to make the problem worse.nnIf you've ever had a bad experience with a specialist (plumber, mechanic, electrician, etc.) overcharging, acting shady, showing up late, and underdelivering, call Triple L and they'll break that paradigm.

Mike returned my frantic call on a Sunday morning right away. My pilot light had gone out on my furnace. He was there within an hour. He was quick, efficient, professional and affordable. I now how Triple L. in my contact and on speed dial!!
Our boiler went out on Christmas night when we were out of town. I got a hold of Michael right away and he diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, we needed special order parts which took a few days to procure with the holiday. Since I was out of town, Michael stopped by my house a few times a day and manually restarted the boiler while we waited. I was so thankful. He sort of saved Christmas.
