I have worked with Bob for years on many systems. He is very knowledgable, experienced, trustworthy, fair, and helpful. I would definitely recommend him and his company.

This is my first negative review of anything or any business. I like to give companies and people second chances especially now through these tough times. I gave them three chances on three different jobs over the last 6 months. They failed in every respect possible, empty promises after empty promises, no shows, no replies, doesn’t return calls or messages and when he does he’s rude and arrogant. Plus side is that I found another local company that is great thanks to bob at cottonwood creek heating for making me do my due diligence to find a stand up guy and a stand up company both of which you are not.

I have used this business off and on for 20 years. He installed my home's heating when built and has maintained it over the years. Very trustworthy. I would have no problems letting him work at my house even if I were not there.

Actually, we have used this company several times over the years. Dependable and fast service, can be pricey but for this area I believe he is fair.
