I absolutely love the that you have to make an appointment and don't have to pull a number and wait, hopefully they keep it that way after Covid-19. Clerk was great, I forgot my marriage license and she gave me a chance to run and get it without having to make another appointment!
Someone came out to greet me within 30 seconds and was able to help me right away with my request which I greatly appreciated.
BRAVO!!!! WOW! Can't say enough good about what happened here! Went to a Kiosk to pay for a renewel on my plates on the last day and it wouldn't read my card. Went the next day to Douglas Cty, told then what happened and not only did they not charge me for a day late, but got me my stickers as well.nThank you so much! What a great thing to do!
