The customer service is wonderful, great cleaning staff, great front desk, very friendly. My only complaint would be the money for lift tickets. We were told they are limiting skiers on the mountain due to “covid” so for almost $200/ person per day skiing, my husband and daughter maybe were able to ski down half a dozen times. The resort was completely packed out, guests everywhere, slopes seemed at max capacity. It just seems kinda contradictory that you want to “social distance” but the mountains are so packed you barely have time to ski to get your money’s worth. Other then the skiing part, everything else was great. We weren’t worried about mask enforcement because we feel if you are going to be in public then you know the risk. If you want to complain about people not wearing them then please stay home. High altitude, running noses, watering eyes, and the cold period makes mask wearing hard so thank you for not scolding every person who didn’t have one on. Be smart, wash hands, don’t cough in peoples faces, it’s really that simple, thanks!
When they say it’s a three star hotel. They are not kidding. The rooms have very dry air resulting in lots and I mean lots of static electricity inside the blankets and sheets. As a result of this electricity I got shocked quite a few times. The arcade is cool, however a good portion of the games are broken. The laundry machine also has some issues. The laundry machine did not dispense soap after paying for it. Decent rooms, good location. Decent customer service.
I give the resort itself a 5 star review! The resort had all the things we wanted to do right there at the tip of our fingers! The pools and hot tubs were most definitely the best! The only thing I wish was different is that they would allow people to Sled at the resort. Our family spent a week in this wonderful resort!nnThe staff for the most part was very accommodating and helpful but the restaurant their was terrible and staff was very rude! The deli was also a bad experience for us as the employee Julia (I believe was her name) was extremely RUDE! It was 12pm and we just wanted a bagel and she rudely yelled as you can see we are on lunch! Even though the bagels were right in front of her!nnTim at the concierge desk was THE BEST! He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderfully fun!nnBrian (part of management) was very helpful with my husband addressing our concerns.nnJust wish the hot tubs and pools were open later ;)
Great resort, great location, great views. The campus is large, with plenty to do.nnDowntown Main Street is a pleasant 15 minute walk, if you're used to the altitude. Our suite had bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, so I'd suggest asking ahead of time if stairs are an issue for you.nnThere are 2 pools, one of which bridges indoor/outdoor, outdoor hot tubs, a small arcade, and plenty of food and drink options. If you're traveling off-season, the restaurants may not be open, but the onsite market has good pizza, including gluten-free crust.nnComfy and cozy. The decor is a bit dated, but that didn't bother us at all. It reminded me of the Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, WI.
Clean and excellent service! Loved staying here and loved that they sanitized and kept the restrictions. The slopes were a few steps from the resort and their hot tubs during the winter is amazing. They also have a heated pool that is both inside and outside.
