Beautiful views and in a great location. Really easy to get to food and main street shops. The staff is great and very friendly. Rooms have all the basic amenities. I would recommend to ownership to get better bedding. We paid quite a hefty price and I don't think the bedding reflected the price. It would have helped us sleep better. That being said it was such a good environment I did not remove a star because it was well worth it.
I’ve done a fair bit of traveling and appreciate when a place is well-managed. This is one such place. Nice rooms, good breakfast, clean, comfy bed, friendly hosts/hostesses, not too fancy but it’s everything you need to get a good night’s sleep and explore the rockies. My only constructive criticism is they have remodeled the rooms recently and all the light bulbs are a cool tone. I’m a fan of the warmer tones but it probably has something to do with the modernization. All good.
The pool and hot tub are closed. Reservation lost.
I had to book a room here again. This place is great. They really do accommodate your needs. The Supervisor at this hotel in Buena Vista was very helpful. This specific location is so convenient. The freeway near by is a plus along with restaurants and gas station. I love staying here and I will always come back. Cheers to an awesome customer service.
Staff was professional and went way above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We will defy go back and stay here.
