Have my two daughters in here and although it may not be the perfect school. So far the teachers have been incredible and very caring. Both my girls have very passionate teachers and I could see it when I met them in person two. We've had a nice experience being here.

for those who write a good review for this school or give it a 5 star you are either blind or lucky your child got a good teacher because all schools do have good teachers the same as bad teachers if I wrote here what I have gone through and still happening with my kids none of you would be putting 5 stars even the things I have heard and have a substitute teacher come up and tell me how guilty she feels of not reporting what she saw and not trusting certain teachers all I can say is think twice before putting your child in this school

My granddaughter goes to Porter South, in kindergarten and she is doing great!! She loves school and her teacher, Mrs. Hamilton. I love all of their incentives. I like that they have police on campus but that poor lady needs help parking is ridiculous!

Not the best school in terms of educational opportunities and has horrible administration. On the other hand, it makes up for these things in the amazing teachers that choose to work here and have remained working here for such a long time despite so many tribulations that this community faces. I attended this school throughout my entire elementary school (K-6) even before it was Porter and it was Kennedy. I had the best experience because of all my fantastic teachers including Ms. Ballard, Mr. Ortega, Ms. Kramer, Ms. Irby, and many many more. I wouldn't say I miss the school or like the school (because the administration is so rude and does not care about the students or our community) but I do miss my amazing teachers and the experiences they gave me.
