To be honest, they didn't do any work on our property. This review is on their costumer service.nTheir communication is worse that I have ever experienced with any other company. I am not sure how they have 5 star review.nI called them to ask for their services and asked when they'll be able to come. The owner, I believe his name was Alex, told me that he didn't know when his plumber will be available and he'll get back to me the same day or next morning. I said not a problem and I can wait. I waited for over 24 hours but no calls. I tried to call back but he never answered or returned my phone calls. I guess they don't want my business.nHorrible customer service!!!
Great price, flawless furnace install and extremely knowledgeable employees. Estimate was spot on, training on new unit was second to none. Ensured we were comfortable operating new unit before they departed--reinforced it was OK to give them a call if had any questions.
Used these guys twice. Arrived quickly both times for water heater preventive maintenance and charged a fair price. Courteous, quick, and professional. Highly recommended!
Excellent service! Andrei was polite, knowledgeable,worked efficiently and well, and explained very thoroughly the work he was doing and why. I will absolutely continue to call upon this company for all of my heating/air conditioning needs in the future.
