My AC died during one of the hottest weeks in July. Called the office and Phil the maintenance guy came right over. New AC was ordered, both Paul and Bill replaced the old AC. All three maintenance guys are very friendly, professional and treat you with respect!

Called once in two and a half years. Paul was efficient, professional, and had my plumbing issue done in less than a half hour. Five stars across the board.

We loved living here at The Village - Marshfield. We had friendly neighbors and the staff at the leasing office ( LaSalette, Diane and Harriett ) were kind and always ready to help. The maintenance team was also great. We miss our home at The Village!

My husband and I were looking for a great place to call home and we found it here at the Village at Marshfield. The leasing staff are responsive and helpful. Our apartment was clean upon move in. Excellent laid back neighbors in a drama free zone. As a harpist and gamer, i appreciate that is not too quiet but not noisy and disturbing either. Everything you'll need is along the main road as well.

Great place, I lived here for a year and I had to move for work reasons, but the apartments are beautiful and spacious. I love this place, the neighbors and the staff are very friendly.
