I had some funky repair work done by the previous owner on the washing machine drain line that was also clogged and a leaky water main shut off valve.nnMy first appointment had to be rescheduled because of an unexpected problem with another job, but the office called right away. I was skeptical after that call, but the following day, Lupe and his apprentice showed up on time, fixed my clog, gave me an estimate on the recommended repairs and scheduled the appointment for the work.nnI was extremely impressed with Lupe's professionalism. He has a positive attitude and takes pride in his workmanship. His apprentice is a good kid and is learning from a master of the trade. I'm not sure if the price was competitive or not but being a tradesman myself for over 20 years, I can spot another quality tradesman pretty quick. Having experienced some very sub par work/communication by other contractors in the past, I know just how infuriating and frustrating it can be to hire someone who either can't or won't do things right or in a timely manner. Not so here.nnI would not hesitate to recommend Elk Grove Plumbing and Drain to anyone no matter the price. Quality work done with respect, care, attention to detail and a good attitude is priceless.

I called the night before to make appointment person on phone very nice and accommodating earliest was a 10 am to 12 I explained wife was going out town that day but best she could do so next day plumber showed at 8:30 which i got the text but I was at work oops but the guy said There was a change and he was at our door which turned out great he was there half hour unclogged kitchen sink and was reasonably priced needless to wife was very happy so she continue her plans so thank to Elk Grove Plumbing will definitely recommend them

I have used Elk Grove Plumbing twice. Belinda in the office was professional and her follow through with return calls was awesome. The plumbers were knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. I will use them again!

I've had an issue with my water heater burner constantly on leading to an overflow drainage issue and a huge gas bill. A different plumber quickly diagnosed the issue and gave such a high estimate I decided to go with the youtube video repair route. After messing that up, I called EG Plumbing. They were very prompt in scheduling a visit. Lupe determined it was probably not caused by what the first plumber thought. He recommended a cheaper fix and even offered to absorb the cost if it turned out that it did need the more expensive repair. He fixed it on the spot (along with fixing all my plumbing errors which we will no longer speak of). Great service and professionalism.

Joe and his team are amazing! I was given a few choices to solve my faucet issue. I decided to upgrade. This involved cutting thru my closet to get to pipes. They put a door in incase work needs done in future. I loved that idea. Lupe did a great job!
