Subway

The new menu choices, double meat and power bowls, has drawn me back. I've been putting it on my regular choice. The drive through is great and the app is easy to use.

I had a horrible experience at this location. I ordered online had a pickup time and apparently they didn't receive my order. I went inside showed my order to the employees but they refused to start making my sandwiches because it wasn't in their system. I wasn't expecting all my sandwiches(4) to be ready since I was 5 minutes early but I stood there waiting for the girl to call her manager before starting them. So while I'm standing there waiting and the girl is on the phone with her manager she asks me another 3 or 4 times what the name is on the order and what I ordered all rudely. I tried to ignore that fact that this girls shirt didn't cover her back completely so got a nice crack view on top of it.. Finally, they find my order and begin making my sandwiches with attitude. After all is said and done the girl turns to the guy while he's handing me my sandwiches and says to him I have something to tell you about that order and walks to the backroom. So apparently I gave them something to talk about for the rest of their shift nevermind how rude they were. I will definitely not be visiting this location anytime soon.

Always my top choice I love their food regardless of their prices.

Really enjoyed my BLT. Fresh bread is the best!

My son wanted a tuna fish sandwich here a large one and extra tuna and he paid for the extra tuna he also wanted provolone cheese on it and pepperoni. When we got home the bread was burnt the sandwich had no cheese and there was no tuna hardly period when I went back I told him whoever made the same it didn't really know what they were doing and the manager himself said he made it his name was Phil or I told him he doesn't know what he's doing obviously he said that's how the bread is supposed to be and showed me all the other bread just because the other breads like that doesn't mean that that's the right bread it was burnt and he showed me all the other breads well they're all bad then period and then he said that that sandwich comes with two extra scoops of tuna well there was barely any tuner in it so if that's what an extra two scoops is what is the sandwich without the scoops and there was no provolone cheese he never addressed that when I told him that he didn't say one word he did give me money back on my credit card but he was very impolite and said don't come back and I'm like don't worry I won't come back because I've never had a problem with any other Subway there's no one ever in the Drive-Thru when I drive by or inside the restaurant and he said oh we make a lot of business well I find that really hard to believe but anyway it was a really bad experience and really bad customer service I've dealt with other managers before and they've been so great he needs to go back to manager school or whatever you need to do. You're supposed to please the customer obviously he didn't get the memo
