My wife and I decided to leave the city and move to the south coast. Coming from a loft condo, we really didn't know where to start. Working with Erin was effortless, and we needed it to be as we were finding new jobs and having a second child. Erin is kind, an active listener and will ask the right questions to push the process forward. We had to pause the process with Covid and were able to stay in touch and pick right up when we were able to safely. My wife and I are so incredibly lucky to have worked with Erin. It was serendipity. For you it doesn't have to be. If you can -- work with Erin. House hunting is complex enough, this is an easy choice.

Erin Hovan is an absolute pro. She went above and beyond helping us get our home in Mattapoisett ready to list. We had an uncooperative tenant situation and her patience and thoroughness was a blessing as we tried to coordinate from another state.
