Terrible customer service, or shall I say no service at all! Stopped in during my lunch break just to get a quick trim. As I walked into the building, outside there was a woman sitting on the bench right next to the door. She looked at me, I saw her. I went inside and the place was empty. OK...maybe a stylist was in the back getting something. So I waited. Signed my name and waited. Waited. Waited. The only one in that entire store was me, and me alone. Walked out and the woman was still sitting at the bench talking on her cell phone with her bestie. As I got in my car, I wondered... a minute after a sat in my car, the woman finished her phone conversation, got up, and walked into the salon. SHE was the stylist! She saw me go in, knew I had been waiting for someone, anyone to just acknowledge my existence, saw me walk out! Like I said - no service at all!

Terrible customer service! I have been going here for a little over a year and I can say that I will never be going again after today! The one hairdresser didn't even acknowledge me and the other two were in the back talking. I signed my name and waited 15 minutes. No one came and the one hairdresser never said a word so I left. I will have to find another hairdresser because I will never be going back there again.
