Kelly was great to work with. She was professional, straight forward and still down to earth. It took several months and a few rejected offers to find the ideal home for me but Kelly helped navigate the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Kelly!

Robin was hands down the best realtor I could ask for. She took all of my requests and concerns to heart, and made sure we found the perfect home. She was always kind, courteous, and professional, and made us feel like family, rather than just another client. Robin was even able to get us in for a viewing when no others were allowed! Highly recommended!

Honestly, Kelly and the team are amazing! If you need someone who will walk through multiple properties and help you out completely, this is the team you need. I’m a first time buyer and they were just absolutely phenomenal with me! I definitely will use them again if I buy a home later on.

I've bought and sold houses several times, and Kelly did the best job of any realtor I've ever had. My house sold very quickly and it was due in large part to Kelly's efforts to help me get it show ready. She went above and beyond by even furnishing my house to make it as presentable as possible! And she was a tremendous help through the buying process too. And she was always accessible by phone and text. I'm sure I was a high maintenance client, and she was always there for me. I highly recommend the Kelly Folden Group!

My husband and I were fortunate to have Kelly Folden help us through the process of finding our condo. When we first met her, in her lovely offices, she took the time to explain the process and to learn our needs and preferences, which made us comfortable with her knowledge, guidance and patience. Kelly was very accessible and flexible, often showing us properties at a moment’s notice. And, during the showing, in addition to providing property details, she offered useful tips and advice about possible design and/or decor improvements to fit our tastes. Throughout the process we knew Kelly had our best interests in mind. We would gladly recommend her to family and friends because she made the house hunting process a very pleasant and fast process.
