I found our realtor Jenny Franz, inconsistent, and unreliable. I dont consider someone a good realtor when they just want to lower the price to get rid of you. She made no effort to work for us. If she is getting a commission from us, then it is part of job to help dealing with different issues that come up. I like to praise the photographer, she did a good job. Maybe Jenny Franz has to many clients and doesn't have the time or the staff to take care of her client. Her lack of effort and the only option she provided was to continue lowering the price. My experience of her was she puts up a good front but at the end she doesn't put the work to get you the best price for your property. Very disappointed.

Exceptionally disappointed in home warranty offered by this broker. I have been hung up on multiple times by outside customer service. This negative review is posted after six months of regrettable customer service. Poor value. Unprofessional. Not responsive. Erin Soltis.

Just watch a person from Howard Hannah cut in front of ten other cars at Starbucks. Really give a statement of the type of people who work there. Dark green lexus

Went to Howard Hanna today to drop off some coats for the Coats for Kids campaign. I suggest you do the same even if you have to spend a few bucks to do it. You'll feel really good for doing it.

Have used Jeannie for everyone of our homes. She is our family realtor having helped each of our daughters. We have recommended her and Howard Hanna to all our friends and extended family.
