Title One was the agency used when we purchased a home and everything went so smoothly, we decided when it was time for us to sell a home by owner, we would use them again. Kathy Foster couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. She even went the extra mile to take the check from the proceeds to deposit at our bank because we were out of town! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Title One and Kathy to anyone!
