With a sad heart I have to report that my experience was less than acceptable. I had the painful experience of explaining that nicknames in the AA community are not accepted like nicknames in other communities. In explanation - Kathy for Katherine or John for Johnathan is accepted. After being accused of falsifying information and not endorsing my own checks correctly because of my Nickname was shocking and disappointing. Cutler Real Estate will need a lesson in the origin of black names and nicknames. I am extremely disappointed that a company that has been in business over many years would even be mentioned in a diversity infraction as this. Shameful! This was a horrific experience in my 52 years that I so sorry to have to explain to those in my family. Discrimination does exist in OHIO. I have to check with my attorney to see if my civil rights haven't been violated.
