From our first phone call inquiring about this newly listed property to the very end of the purchase process, Melanie, Josh, Karen and Romy made the whole process very smooth and seamless. Even during a very difficult and sad situation that arose with regards Melanie's family during those days prior to closing, she and Josh were always in contact and made sure that their team, Karen and Romy attended to us whatever was needed. It was so smooth and efficient, we even got to close a few days early and started moving in. We highly recommend their services if you are looking to purchase a property as they are the most professional, prompt and personable realestate agents as you can have. We have in past years purchased a number of properties in PA, Hawaii and here in Ohio and certainly we rank Melanie and Josh right up there at the top of the list of agents that we have worked with!

I had a great experience with Melanie. She was responsive and attentive to our needs. Provided local knowledge and more options if we didn't like the houses we saw. She provided advice and explained what to expect through the process since we were first time home buyers. The process was easy thanks to her.
