Terrible service can’t get anyone prompt whenever it’s an emergency. I was Locked out of my house for hours till this day they did not come out to unlock my home I literally had to have someone break in. This isn’t the first time I needed something done and it was still a problem with someone not showing up wasting my day off. There is never a direct number to call no point of contact. No quick follow up, you have to submit a maintenance request before anything can be done then you’ll get a text with someone being smart and still not answer you or the request. I Don’t know who the landlord is. Don’t know who anyone is really. You just know how to pay the rent. When I lived here before with the house being under foreclosure, even though that landlord shouldn’t have never rented it out at least he was able to help me whenever I need it or whenever it was an emergency things got done ASAP. This is terrible when I pay rent EVERY MONTH on time. I expect if I have a problem or an emergency it should just get done without question especially when you have kids. I don’t bother them at all because I don’t want to but when I need it I expect it to be done. This is unacceptable.
