I have been under lease the last year have had no issues that were not quickly resolved ! The landlord David is quick to respond and maintains the properties at the highest level. The grass is mowed weekly, the siding is pressure washed during spring and summer. And I even received gift certificate last winter for pizza from management acknowledging their appreciation for the tenants. Great place to rent from !!

I have personally rented from this company on 2 separate occasions. Nothing but good things to say about the landlord, takes very good care of his properties, as well as being fast & efficient with repairs or problems. I highly recommend seeing what is available!

Great, honest, fair man. He has helped me out a lot. I bought my house from him 15 years ago. Could not have done it without his help and guidance.

I couldn't ask for a better landlord. David always goes above and beyond for his tentants. All he asks for in return is general respect him and his property.( Which is your home, so why wouldn't you.) I have had 4 beautiful Apts with 3DM. He is one of a few that still appreciate the beauty and character many of the older homes in Canton have. He tries very hard to keep that beauty alive. Thank you David for sharing that beauty with my family and me on and off for almost 15yrs.

Absolutely horrible landlord David is a slumlordnRan me and mine out just so he could set fire to his place amd collect the insurance after he broke into our apartments and stole various items.nHe even kept my security deposit.nDo NOT DO BUSNIESS WITH THIS MAN
