We were immediately comfortable with Mr. Tibbs. He quickly deduced the problem. His knowledge was obvious as he walked us through the problem and his recommended course of action. He quoted us a price up front so we knew what to expect. We found it reasonable. He returned the next day on time and immediately got to work. He had indicated in advance that on occasion plumbing jobs can become more complex as you get into them. We allowed for that possibility knowing this job included work on 90 year old lead and galvanized pipes. He assured us he would solve the problem and finish the job no matter what he found. With these assurances we felt confident moving forward.nnFortunately everything went according to plan and Mike was able to finish the job the same evening. He was neat and clean. Nice people fixed my issue pretty quick. They got to my house at 1:30 and were gone by 2 but charged me from 12-2.nnDon't be afraid to speak up and say something!
Hot water tank was leaking. I searched on google for a plumber, I came across Tibbs plumbing. Mr.Tibbs helped me find a hot water tank an quoted that with the labor for a reasonable price and installed it as quick as I found him.!!
